• Per diem Registered Nurse - For Lewis County Hospice or Certified Home Health Agency programs, to work during times of increased census or patient need, to cover share of on-call responsibilities. Responsibilities include care to patients in their home setting, education and support for families, and supervision of Home Health Aides/LPN's. Home Care experience preferred, Medical - Surgical nursing experience and excellent interpersonal communication skills required. Current NYS Registered Professional Nursing license and driver's license required.
