Time Registered Nurse

Job Description: Full Time Registered Nurse to provide skilled
nursing care in the home to patients admitted to Certified Home Health
Agency. Responsibilities include admissions, assessments, care provision,
patient and family teaching, supervision of Home Health Aides, shared
on-call rotation with other nurses.
Requirements: Excellent interpersonal communication skills
required. Home care experience preferred. Medical-surgical nursing
experience required, two years preferred. Must have license and current
registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in NYS and
valid NYS driver's license Submit resume to Lewis County Public Health
